Sell or trade in your car
Tell us about the vehicle and a member of the team will come back to you.
What to send
None of it is mandatory. The more of it we have, the fewer emails it takes.
Year, make, model and trim
The trim matters more than people expect: it is most of the difference in value between two cars that look identical.
Mileage, as close as you can get it
A reading off the dash is fine. It does not need to be exact to start the conversation.
The VIN, if you have it handy
It is on the insurance slip, the bottom corner of the windshield and the driver's door jamb. It tells us the exact factory build, which saves a round of questions.
Anything we should know
Accident history, outstanding finance, a second set of tires, work recently done. None of it is a problem to hear early, and all of it is a problem to find late.
What happens next
You send the details
One message through the contact form, with as much of the above as you have.
The team gets back to you
A real person reads it and follows up with what we can do and what we still need to know.
We look at the car
A price on a vehicle nobody has seen is a guess, so the last step is always the car itself. Bring it by, or we arrange a time.
There is no instant online quote here, deliberately. What a used car is worth depends on its condition, its history and what it is wearing for tires, and none of that is in a VIN.
Trading in?
Have a look at what is on the lot first, then tell us what you are driving. We will talk about the two together.
